Shipping Information

At Rodent Express, we know how important it is to receive your frozen feeders in perfect condition and on time. That’s why we’ve designed our shipping process with speed, reliability, and product preservation in mind.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed before 10:00 AM (Monday to Thursday) are dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 10:00 AM Thursday through Sunday are dispatched the following Monday, to ensure your feeders remain frozen during transit.

Packaging & Frozen Delivery

All orders are securely packaged in insulated boxes with ice packs to maintain freezer conditions.

Our ASF rats are flash-frozen and packed in resealable freezer-safe bags for hygiene and convenience.

Our packaging is tested to withstand 24–48 hours of transit without thawing under normal conditions.

UK Nationwide Delivery

We offer Next-Day Delivery via tracked courier services 

Delivery is available to mainland UK addresses only.

Missed Deliveries

We recommend someone be available to accept the delivery, as we cannot accept responsibility for missed deliveries resulting in thawed products. If you miss your delivery, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number.
